I purchased a 10 series enclosure in 2022 and set it up on my own. Everything went smoothly, with just one hiccup: I was short one plastic washer (6-3.T WSER). I was supposed to have four but only received three. No biggie, I made it work. The 10mm glass is fantastic—super sturdy and really sleek. :)

We've been using a quadrant Merlyn shower for quite a while now, and it's been fantastic. A couple of years back, the bottom brackets on the sliding door broke - but replacements arrived in just a few days. The door seals got a bit discolored - but again, replacements came through in no time! The after sales service is top-notch, which is a breath of fresh air these days. Cheers, Ronan!

Awesome help from Ronan. I had a problem with a broken bracket on my shower that’s been around for 5 years. I sent over some pictures. A few days after, a package showed up with a new top and bottom rail, rollers, and brackets. All for free! What more can I say?

We recently purchased a Merlyn Arysto 10 shower as part of our full bathroom makeover and we couldn't be happier with it. Had a few questions about installation and reached out to Merlyn's customer service in Ireland for some guidance. Their tech advisor was super helpful. Our plumber accidentally trimmed the door seal a bit too short, so we got in touch with Merlyn again to order a replacement directly. They generously sent us the door seal at no cost, which was a nice surprise. It's refreshing to work with a company you can actually call up. I’d absolutely trust this company for future purchases.

The quality of the item is quite impressive, and the design offers a sleek yet sturdy casing. However, the reselling agent was not up to par, as they dropped the ball on coordinating the delivery and ended up damaging the product during transit.

The item itself is well constructed and the in-fold door operates smoothly. That said, the instruction manual could really use more specifics about keeping the door spacers in place until everything is aligned and squared up. This info should definitely be highlighted in red, 'cause removing them too early can lead to some headaches. It’s recommended to adjust the door using the pivot arm, but honestly, it won’t do much good if the gaps at the top and bottom aren’t even. If you’re planning to install it yourself, make sure you know what you’re doing; otherwise, it might be best to hire a pro, since proper installation is crucial for the door to function correctly.

When we purchased our home nearly 8 years back, we got a Merlyn shower cubicle as part of the deal. Recently, we faced a problem with a broken bottom roller on the sliding door. I reached out to their customer service, and Jamie really went above and beyond to assist in locating the right replacement just from some photos. We’re not sure how old the cubicle is, but Jamie kindly sent the rollers at no cost, and we’re super thankful for that. He also helped us with other concerns regarding that same cubicle and even a replacement seal for our other Merlyn shower unit. I would definitely recommend this company, not just for their products but also for the amazing support and service after the sale.

The seals that came with the shower didn’t fit right, allowing water to escape from the cubicle while it was in operation. Customer Service claimed they were the right ones but didn’t offer much assistance. This shower was meant for a rental property, which made the plumber look unprofessional and gave the impression that I had purchased a low-quality shower—though that wasn’t the case. We won’t be choosing Merlyn again.

I purchased a Merlyn shower tray along with a sliding door enclosure. The quality is outstanding, way better than many others I've come across. But just as crucial was the service, which was top-notch. I thought I was missing a part, but it turned out I wasn't. Still, their rep, Andrew Fitzpatrick, went above and beyond to help me out, even calling back to check if I had sorted the issue, which was actually just a little mistake on my part. It's pretty rare to get service like this these days, but if this is how Merlyn operates, they really set themselves apart from other companies I've worked with. They absolutely deserve a solid 5 stars. Much appreciated!

We ended up waiting a few extra weeks for the shower to arrive because of a manufacturing hiccup, but it’s finally been set up by two really nice and skilled installers, and it looks fantastic.

The first package was messed up, but you got a new one out to me in just two days, so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The shower looks great and fits just right.
